What we're working on:
Cranes and Claws!
This week, we're learning about cranes. Why? Because we've got a challenge to accomplish: Picking up a plastic Easter Egg from as far away as possible! We're going to use our engineering skills to build our own cranes, or extendo-arms, or really, really long spoons - whatever sort of tool strikes our fancy! The longer away we can reach, the better.
3D Printers and Laser Cutter Status
Got something queued up? Have an idea you want to bring to life?
Visit the EHMS Makerspace in my lab, and let's build it! Our 3D printers and laser cutters can make almost any shape you can imagine, from birthday cards to gears.
Makerspace hours: after school every day except Thursdays, from 3:00 to 4:00, unless it's a minimum day or I have a meeting to attend.
Chess and Puzzle Club!
We meet in my room, MC-09, on Tuesdays at lunch and after school.
