Pathways

Graduation honors/awards for seniors: A blue cord is issued to students who take agricultural classes for at least three years including senior year and who have completed a sequence of agricultural classes in a chosen Agricultural Pathway.  A gold FFA sash is also awarded to those students who received their State FFA Degree.  Additionally, students who take Agricultural courses all four years are also given an FFA pin to wear at graduation. 

The three Agricultural Pathways offered at Pleasant Grove High School are as follows:

1. AgriScience - Biology & Sustainable Agriculture, Chemistry & Agriscience, Advanced Interdisciplinary Science for Sustainable Agriculture

2. Animal Science - Biology & Sustainable Agriculture, Animal Anatomy & Physiology, Veterinary Science

3. Floral Design - Elements & Principles of Floral Design, Floral 2
