2024-2025 MySchoolBucks AP Exam Payment Instructions
Payments:
The district will NOT be subsidizing fees for the AP tests for the 2024-2025 school year.
This year's AP test fees are $99.00 per test, an increase of $1.00 from last year.
The priority deadline to pay for AP Tests is November 8th, 2024, now extended to November 15th, 2024.
All exam decisions for fall AP courses will be locked and ordered on November 15th, 2024. Any tests ordered after November 15th, 2024, will incur late fees of $40.00 per test.
PLEASE NOTE: if you do NOT take the exam in May, there is a $40 fee for canceling the exam.
Paying for AP Tests:
Students are highly encouraged to pay online for their AP Test(s) through MySchoolBucks.
If students need to pay onsite, money orders, or cashier's checks will be accepted at the site controller's window. Please make all payments to EGUSD Testing
No cash payments are allowed.
Fee Reduction:
If you believe you are eligible for a fee waiver, please complete the 2024-2025 Eligibility Meal Application to confirm your eligibility
If you do not qualify for the waiver and would like to request a payment plan, please reach out to the exam coordinator at your school site, Mr. Yang at steyang@egusd.net, or Mrs. Xiong at maxiong@egusd.net

The Elk Grove Unified School District offers families simple, easy, and online access to complete the Free & Reduced Meal form or you can come into the Food & Nutrition office and complete it at Food & Nutrition Services, EGUSD 8389 Gerber Road.
