IDEA Leadership
Mission: To provide a student voice in Academy activities, policies, and procedures. Student Leadership will seek to foster a stronger sense of community through regular meetings, scheduled Academy events, and providing feedback from the student population. With increased student involvement, Student Leadership hopes to make IDEA a more student-centered Academy.

A huge part of IDEA Leadership is building community among students within IDEA.
What IDEA Leadership students do:
Plan fun events with staff and students
Keeps IDEA’s media presence active
Recruit middle school students into the academy
Plan & execute fundraisers
Create monthly newsletters to keep IDEA students informed
Raise money for the IDEA Senior Scholarship
Sell delicious goods during Food Faires
Sell IDEA merchandise like shirts and hoodies
Track IDEA points to earn IDEA cord
