HONOR * EFFORT * RESPECT * DETERMINATION
Students can take advantage of tutoring on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school in the library for one hour. There are peer tutors to help in any subject, as well as a college tutor and staff. No sign-up required, simply show up and get paired with someone who can help you. You can even get help preparing for a test or learning strategies for how to study better.
Tutoring fills-up quickly so come to the library right after 8th period to get your spot!
During this time there is also a Math 1 intervention session in the Elk Room which provides a re-teaching of specific skills. Your math teacher must refer you to this program. Once you've completed 2 sessions, you are eligible to re-take that test for a higher grade!
Students have full access to EBSCO and ProQuest databases. These can all be found in the LIBRARY RESOURCES tile of your portal.
Students now have easy access to all the resources of the Sac Public Library with digital Student Success Cards!

Students have access to desktop computers and a printer in the library. They are self-serve, but librarians can help with any type of printing or computer help.
The library is available to students during Herd Time. It is a silent work space for a limited number. Students need to pick-up a HT pass before 3rd period and stay the entire time until lunch.
