Athletic Clearance

All student athletes must log in and fill out the applicable information to Home Campus. All submissions will be reviewed by Athletic Director Jon Ussery. Students can confirm their clearance with their Head Coach prior to tryouts.

Any student-athletes without prior athletic clearance will not be allowed to tryout!
