About Miss Kast

Hello! My name is Nancy Kast and I cannot wait for another great year in Kindergarten at Wealthy Elementary! I am originally from Troy, Michigan and have an older brother named Brett who lives in Indianapolis. After graduating from Troy Athens High School, I attended Hope College where I graduated with a degree in Elementary and Special Education with an emphasis in Learning Disabilities. This will be my second year teaching Kindergarten at Wealthy! I love teaching and am fortunate to be able to do what I love in this amazing community and district.

In my spare time I enjoy running, traveling up north (Traverse City area), spending time with family, reading, and grabbing coffee with friends! Teaching and working with kids is my passion. I love being able to guide them in becoming the best version of themselves and watching them grow as learners and as people!

I am looking forward to this year in Kindergarten and cannot wait to see your child grow throughout the year!
