You must have a Ticketmaster account to make your purchase.
Once you have paid for the tickets, you will receive an email. You must follow through with the directions provided in that email to access your tickets.
Ordering early guarantees best seats/availability.
Not all performances are available for purchase.
The Phantom of the Opera is only available for the Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday evening performances. Best availability is in week two and the Thursday matinee, August 12, 2027.
Disney’s Beauty and the Beast is already very well sold, especially the matinees. It is recommended to get tickets early!
There are no Ticketmaster fees! The price of the ticket seen on the site is the price you will pay. The discount and facility fee are already built into the ticket price.
If more information is needed on a show, the "details" button on the Broadway GR website is the perfect place to go (e.g., find ratings, length of show, etc.)
Once you choose a performance, be sure to ZOOM in on a section and wait for seat availability to load. (This is the one thing people get tripped up on!)
The deadline to purchase tickets for each show is the Thursday prior to the opening night of each show.
