How to create a free BOX account

You want to collaborate with EFPIA on BOX but you haven't yet received an invitation

Don't panic ! BOX is a platform independent from EFPIA. So you can create your own free account at any time.

Follow the step-by-step video to learn how to sign up in BOX.com. You can also find the steps here under to make sure you don't miss a thing.

01 How to create a free box account without invitation

You are on the home page of the EFPIA BOX domain.

As an external collaborator you have to click on Not part of EFPIA on the right of screen.

On this page, click on Sign up in the upper right corner.

You have been redirected to the business plans page.

Click on Individuals and Teams to the left of Businesses.

In Individuals and Teams,
choose Free plan and click on Sign-Up.

You can now fill your information in order to create your Box account.

There is NO pre-established email or password provided by EFPIA.

Once you have filled all the fields and ticked the different boxes, scroll down the page and click on Get started.

After completing the sign-up, you have received a confirmation email.

Click on Verify Email.

Identify yourself by entering the email used to create your Box account and click on Next.

Enter your personal password and click on Log in.

Once logged in, BOX invites you to discover their platform step by step. You just need to click on Continue to go to the next step.

These steps give you several pieces of information that you may find useful in the future.

You can now start to upload, create or share content.

The folders shared with you by EFPIA Staff Members are already available in your Box account.
