About Me

​My name is DaKota Paradice. I am a second year engineering teacher at Effingham Career and College Academy. Due to Covid-19 I will not be with you guys until Thursday, August 12th. For those of you who are new to me, that means you lucked up and don't have to hear all of the horrible dad jokes I have been practicing over the summer. For those of you who are returning, you're welcome for not putting you through that! I am a football coach at South Effingham High School as well as the head soccer coach for the boys team. You will see the coach in me often come out in the way that I teach as I am very competitive and a lot of our projects revolve around friendly competition. Students begin getting to my room at 7:10 every morning and at that point I'm on go until football or soccer is over in the afternoons. Outside of school and sports I am pursuing generational wealth by learning about the real estate market. I am a Georgia Southern alumni and really want to get my double Eagle one day. During my free time I love to play with my dogs, Ari (Brown) and Rylo (White)! They are super sweet and keep me sane! Check out the picture of them!
