I was born and raised in Oakland, am a mother of 2 who attended LWL. I went to Jefferson Elementary School, Calvin Simmons Jr High School, Fremont High School and attended UC Berkeley for 5 years.

My hopes and dreams for our students is that they become equipped and fluent with the essential academic foundational skills that will give them the success they deserve in older grades and even college.
