Arrival: Participants are welcome to arrive at the venue on 1 August 2026 from 15:00.
Departure: Please plan to leave the venue no later than 12:00 on 8 August 2026.
To ensure smooth transfers to the venue, we kindly ask you to plan your flights as follows:
Arrival flights:
Please avoid booking flights that arrive in Tallinn after 22:00 on 1 August 2026.
Departure flights:
Please do not book return flights that depart before 08:00-08:30 on 8 August 2026, as early departures may be difficult to reach from the venue in time.
From Tallinn, you can reach the conference area easily by train.
Travel by train to Nelijärve station
or
Aegviidu station (alternative option, approx. 3 km from the venue)
If you arrive by plane, the most convenient train station near the airport is Ülemiste station, which is within walking distance of Tallinn Airport.
