1st Day of School
School begins on Monday, August 21, 2023. On the first day of school, please don’t forget to send a snack bag with a small healthy snack (something that can be consumed in 10 minutes) and a water bottle with your child's name on both. Students will not need a backpack as I have special school bags for everyone.

There will NOT be any babysitting services. Please leave your child at home. Thank you!
Please sign up for a testing appointment that was sent out on 8-18-23 via email. This will help with classroom instruction. Â
I LOVE volunteers! I'll be sending home a sign up soon. Just keep in mind that this is a year long commitment as we need lots of helpers to have the best experience. If we get enough volunteers, we can make a flexible schedule. You won't need to help every week.Â
Scholastic Books
With online ordering, you can choose from a much wider selection of books than in the printed flyer. Plus, you can send your orders directly to me online and use your credit card. Books are always great gifts and make great party favors! Each month there will be a new set of books to order :)
Here’s how it works:
Sign Up www.Scholastic.com/bookclubs. On the parent page, click the “Don’t have a user Name and Password?” link, then register for your own username and password. When prompted, enter the one-time Class Activation Code (GQZXX)
Send your order to me online by the due date. Once the books are delivered here, I will pass them to you.
