Information for Authors

General information:

Prospective authors are invited to submit original and unpublished work. The plagiarism policy is to be strictly followed by the authors. Papers having similarities beyond 10% will be straightaway rejected. Therefore, it should be below 10% for camera-ready extended papers. The authors also need to obtain permission from the copyright holder for third-party content use, if any. All the submissions will be reviewed atleast by three reviewers before acceptance as per the publication policy. All the submissions should be made through easychair portal only.

Guidelines for Authors:

Publication:

‘It is planned to publish the peer reviewed and selected papers of conference as proceedings with Springer in their prestigious “Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE)” series (https://www.springer.com/series/7818). For detailed instructions for author and editors of conference proceedings, kindly visit the following link: https://www.springer.com/us/authors-editors/conference-proceedings. Select papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published. Springer Nature does not charge any money for publication of Non-Open Access content. Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publication.’

[First ICSTACE2021 PROCEEDINGS "Sustainable Technology and Advanced Computing in Electrical Engineering" is in press and will be soon available as Springer LNEE, Volume 939, ISBN: 978-981-19-4363-8. This series is indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus databases.]

Only registered and presented papers will be included for the proceeding. Provided it is finally approved by Springer for inclusion.

Abstracting & Indexing:

The LNEE series is abstracted and indexed in: DBLP, EI Compendex, INSPEC, Japanese Science and Technology Agency (JST), SCImago and SCOPUS.

Registration:

Atleast one author has to register for the conference. The certificate will be given only to the registered authors/attendees. One registration is entitled for one certificate only. The registration fee details are mentioned below.

It is compulsory to upload the payment proof and identity card in pdf format.
