Cottage Food Licenses

To obtain a Cottage Food License, please complete the following steps (all documents areattached at the bottom of this page): 

1. Read the Cottage Food Operation Guidelines 

2. Complete the Application for Cottage Food Operation

3. Submit application to Mark Elliott at the Wayne County Health Department via email or in person

4. Pay the Annual Cottage Food permit fee: $50 (TO WAYNE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT)
