GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROJECT "FILMING TOGETHER TO BE CLOSER"

The project is contextualized in the firm will of internationalization of five schools. It also has the added value of working together, and the sinergism it creates, to obtain a series of common objectives. Apart from that, the following milestones are also crucial: allowing all the partners the possibility of working with foreign schools and the conception of a more open Europe, without borders, language and cultural programs for students and workers that allow free mobility. This project also deals with the twinning of people who share the same values and cultural heritage, as well as the knowledge of local differences with respect for a greater understanding of the other.

Regarding the topic of the project, it works with European students, cultural heritage, inclusion and early school leaving, all with an analytical and reflective spirit that will lead to each meeting in audiovisual creations related to these issues.

OBJECTIVES

Objective 1. Improve the internationalization of partner centers through the knowledge of other foreign schools and joint work in a project.

Objective 2. Improve skills and knowledge to improve educational quality (audiovisual, languages, etc.)

Objective 3. Promote a committed, empathetic and respectful European citizenship.

Objective 4. To increase the European awareness of the students and the knowledge and reflection of European values and cultural heritage.

Objective 5. To favor the inclusion and reduction of early school leaving of the centers involved (through the analysis and contributions of the students themselves).

Objective 6. To develop the audiovisual competence of students, which allows them to read and produce images in a critical and reflective manner.

WORKING PROCESS

Mobility activities are contemplated as well as others which will be carried out in, between and after the project, but due to their relevance, the first ones are listed below:

Our project will be developed during 24 months, with 6 mobilities (3 per year)

1. Formative mobility of values and audiovisual actions, planning and mutual knowledge. (3 days,Spain).

2. Mobility of 4 students / center to talk about values and heritage (5 days, Turkey).

3. Mobility of 6 students / center to work on creativity and script writing (5 days, Lithuania).

4. Mobility of 5 students / center for technical aspects (5 days, Romania).

5. Mobility of 8 students / center for filming (10 days, Finland).

6. Mobility of 5 students / center for presentation at MICE (5 days, Spain). We would like to have mixed groups working in mobilities and between them.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

The expected results are related to the objectives: linguistic competence improvement of students and teachers, greater knowledge of values and European heritage, learning about audiovisual creations, improvement of inclusion in schools and reduction of school leaving; all of them will cause a strong impact on the centers: bilingual planning, inclusion of changes in School Programmes, etc.
