First Use / Sign Up


If this is your first time using the new ticketing system, you must click Sign Up in the upper right hand corner and fill out the required information.  Even if you have submitted tickets with the old ticketing system, you must still sign up before you can submit a ticket using the new ticketing system.


Sign Up Form 

When you click Sign Up, you will see the page to the right.  Anything with an asterisk is a field that is required before you can finish signing up and submit a ticket.  Please use your school email address when filling out this form.  

Login 

Once you are signed up, whenever you return to submit a ticket you will click on login in the top right corner. Once you click Login you will see the page to the right.  To sign in, please click on Continue with Google and select your school email account. 

Ticket Submission 

On the right is the ticket submission form. Please fill out the required fields with as much information as possible. If you need to attach a file or screenshot, please use the attachment link at the bottom of the form. Once you hit submit you will receive an email verifying that your ticket was submitted. As we work on and update your ticket, you will receive email notifications of changes that are made and notes that are added.
