TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Attendance Requirement: 

Students must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance in live sessions to be eligible for certificates, internship benefits, and other program deliverables.

2. Accurate Information:

 Students must provide their correct full name, email address, and mobile number during registration and onboarding. Certificates and official documents will be issued based on the submitted details. The organization will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the student.

3. Official Communication: 

Students are responsible for regularly checking the official communication channels (Email, WhatsApp, LMS, or other community groups) for announcements, schedules, assignments, and important updates.

4. Code of Conduct: 

Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior during classes, assessments, and within all official community platforms. Any misconduct, abusive behavior, or violation of program guidelines may result in suspension or termination from the program without a refund.

5. Assignments & Assessments: 

Students must complete all mandatory assignments, assessments, and activities within the prescribed timelines to remain eligible for program completion benefits wherever applicable.

6. Certificate Eligibility: 

Internship, Training Completion, and other certificates will be issued only after successfully meeting the attendance, assessment, and program completion requirements.

7. Refund Policy: 

All registration and program fees are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed and access to the program has been provided. Refunds will be considered only if the organization fails to deliver the core program or services explicitly promised at the time of enrollment.

8. Acceptance of Terms:

 By registering for the program, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the policies of the organization.
