Doned Consult Ltd offers full Engineering Design Procurement in Architecture, Planning, and Engineering services from inception, design, contract administration, construction management to eventual commissioning and handover. We also offer Landscape Design and management services.

Our services in project management include:

Here we evaluate all aspects of the design to ensure that client’s requirements are met in the most efficient manner possible as well to ensure that the project will be financially and technologically feasible, and viable. We undertake design risk assessments of the project to ensure safety and health considerations in construction and in use of the product including suitability, compatibility and buildability of the design.

We prepare cost forecasting and planning, materials scheduling and quality control, coordinate, monitor and fast track projects using MS Project software

We assist in the contractor pre-qualification and tender process. We undertake project supervision to ensure quality & cost control and timely project delivery.
