23.11 Tuesday
In the morning we started with a lecture about robotics in science. It was an interesting point of view. Fiorella told us short history of robotics and then we discussed about the future of robotics. I haven't realize before that in the future robotics can be a new science in universities.
After the morning lecture we visited the local food market and ate some pizza.
Philos was a private school that provides education and day care for children with special needs like autism. For us Finns it was interesting to hear about the financing of the school. In Finland almost every school is a public school, also special schools. As a private school Philos is not availible for every kid with special needs. It would have been very interesting to see a public italian school as well and see how they handle their different students.
At Philos we explore their different laboratories. They were teaching a lot of arts. There where laboratories for painting, music, crafts and video editing. Their students where from 3 years old to teenagers.
In the evening we had social dinner together. Fiorella and Sandra took us to a popular restaurant and we had pesto pasta. It was delicious!
