Each exhibitor will be provided with a 6' table & a chair.
A light meal will be served beginning at 5:00 pm and ending at 6:30 pm.
There are NO electrical outlets available.
School WiFi is available in all venues.

Arrive early to ensure a pleasant parking experience. Reserved parking for representatives will be available in the front of the gymnasium on a first come basis. Due to crowds, parking fills up early! Student volunteers will be in place to direct you to our registration table for check-in.

The venue opens for setup at 4:30 pm
Light dinner provided, beginning at 5:00 pm
The first breakout session begins at 5:30 pm
Doors open at 6:30 pm
The fair ends at 8:30 pm, please plan to stay for the entire duration of the event
