Exhibitor Registration
Equipment provided:
Interactive, and creative displays are strongly encouraged; we will work with you to accommodate your needs.
Each exhibitor will be provided with a 6' table & 2 chairs. Tablecloths are not provided.
Larger displays can be accommodated with advance notice.
Some outdoor display spaces are available.
Electricity will be available for some tables, but not others - please inquire.
Extension cords (not provided) are recommended to be at least 50' long.
Public wifi is available throughout the venue.
There is no cost to exhibit.
Itinerary:
The Venue opens for setup at 3:30 pm
Light dinner provided, beginning at 5:00 pm and ending at 6:30
Doors open at 6:30 pm
The Event closes at 8:30

Promotion Policy:
Please keep in mind that CareerExpo is an educational event focused on career outreach to the youth of our community. As you surely understand, it can sometimes be a fine line that separates promoting your career from promoting your business. While we cannot allow actual sales, or direct promotion of your business at this event, we will allow the following:
Prominent display of your business name /logo
Imprinted giveaways such as pens, stickers, etc.
Candy
Flyers about your business (including upcoming events)
Coupons for discounts.
