With over 20 years of experience in teaching, training, coaching, mentoring, and career design, he brings extensive expertise in helping students and professionals navigate their career journeys.
Professor Asiuzzaman teaches Career Management, Career Discovery and Career Success courses at the post-graduate level, specializing in Personality Assessment, Using AI Career Preparation, ATS-resume Writing, Job Search Strategy, Labor Market Research, LinkedIn Optimization, Personal Branding and Networking, Interview Preparation, and Career Coaching.
His teaching philosophy is grounded in the New Career Management Paradigm, which focuses on developing meta-competencies applicable to all facets of life and work.
His academic credentials include a Chevening Fellowship from the UK, an Australian Leadership Award Fellowship, and the Ford Foundation Fellowship (Malaysia), which he earned with professional excellence.
Previously, he served as an Associate Professor at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) and worked with The Daily Star. He holds degrees from prestigious institutions, including Cardiff University, UK, and the University of Calgary.
Professor Asiuzzaman is a certified Career Educator, Strong Interest Inventory Practitioner, Mental Health First Aider and has completed professional development in Skills in Teaching with Active Learning for Internationally Trained Educators.
Based in Toronto, Ontario, he is passionate about guiding students through the evolving landscape of career opportunities in an era where traditional career paths are rapidly transforming.
