PowerTeacher Resources
Welcome to the Power Teacher Resources webpage that has been developed to provide material for CBE teachers and administrators for the PowerTeacher Portal and PowerTeacher Pro. The material format has been made available in video and/or pdf documents. Resources will continue to be updated as the program evolves and expertise increases.

PowerTeacher Portal is the landing page for teachers when they login to PowerTeacher. In the Portal teachers can do such things as submit attendance, run reports, search student demographics and many more logistical day to day teacher needs involving student information.
PowerTeacher Pro is the gradebook portion of PowerTeacher and can be entered via the Portal where ever there is a PowerTeacher Pro hyperlink. The gradebook allows teachers to record assessments and to enter information regarding stems via anecdotal notes and indicators. Teachers also can complete report cards and run various reports such as a class roster.
PowerTeacher Pro is the gradebook portion of PowerTeacher and can be entered via the Portal where ever there is a PowerTeacher Pro hyperlink. The gradebook allows teachers to record all their assessment information for their courses. As well teachers can create a final grade calculation that will develop a course average that will be used to transfer to PASI to create report cards and award credit for course completion. Teachers can also run reports such as class roster and scoresheets.
PowerTeacher Pro is the gradebook portion of PowerTeacher and can be entered via the Portal wherever there is a PowerTeacher Pro hyperlink. Teachers of students receiving modified programming (in specialized classes, unique settings and inclusive classrooms) use the gradebook to record summative anecdotal comments throughout the reporting period and to complete report cards.
Transfer Student Scores and Create Student Groups features have been added to support teachers in documenting student assessments.
Student and Parent/Legal Guardian Access to PowerSchool
Demonstration of accessing attendance, assignments/grades, stems/outcomes, and report card through the Student and Parents/Legal Guardian PowerSchool access. These videos are for teachers to see how families access the information when they sign-in using the website. Families are encouraged to use the web instead of the app to have full access of the applications in PowerSchool.

PowerSchool Training
