Exercise Videos
Strength
The exercises below are to build strength in your muscles in your upper and lower body, as well as your core. This does not mean that you will get a six pack or bigger biceps right away. Muscles take time to build, and as you work on it, you will start to feel stronger and gain strength. Strength training also helps you burn more calories throughout the day just by you going through your daily routine!

Flexibility
Flexibility is often the last thought when working out. Some people find it boring or unnecessary to have this as part of their workout routine. However, it is very important to have all three types of workouts throughout your week! Flexibility helps muscles recover, and encourages blood flow to the muscles worked on during strength and cardio training. These workouts also greatly help with relaxation and anxiety. I hope you try some of these videos with your family who might also be experiencing some stress.
