Child and Adolescent Mental Health - Offers assessment and consultation for children or adolescents with urgent and/or emergent mental health needs.
Kids Help Phone - Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only 24/7, national support service. We offer professional counselling, information and referrals and volunteer-led, text-based support to young people in both English and French. Whether by phone, text or through our website, you can connect with us whenever you want, however you want. Our service is completely confidential - you don't even have to tell us your name if you don't want to.
Calgary Connect Teen - If you ever have a question, a problem or just need to talk, we’re here for you. Peer support is available from 3-10 pm on weekdays and 12-10 pm on weekends. Outside of peer support hours, adult volunteers respond to contacts.
Distress Centre - Call 211 and you will have access to an entire network of community, social, health and government services. Your call will be answered by a professional Community Resource Specialist who is trained to assess your need and refer you to the most appropriate service or services. We offer this service in over 170 languages and it is available in many communities in Alberta, including Calgary.
Community Connect YYC - A new way to book counselling sessions online 24/7 - including grief support for families and children through the Children's Grief Centre.
Indian Residential School Survivors Society - Emergency Crisis Line is available 24/7 for those who may need counselling support. Our counselling team supports emotional, mental, and spiritual development, along with healing and recovery, through culturally-based values and guiding principles for Survivors, families and communities.

Naseeha – Mental Health provides a confidential helpline for young Muslims to receive immediate, anonymous, and confidential support over the phone from 12 – 9 pm, 7 days a week (Eastern Standard Time) and over text Monday to Friday.
Woods Homes - Wood's Homes is a children's mental health centre. They provide treatment and support to children, youth and families with mental health needs.
Hull Services - Hull Services has long had a reputation for providing leading-edge child, youth, and family mental health services. We work with children, youth and families who have experienced significant types of challenges. Hull offers them an opportunity to seek well-being and happiness, with a focus on mental health. Hull’s vision is for resilient young people and families to thrive within communities that support their mental health and well-being. Self-referral programs are open to the public to refer themselves to without requiring a referral by a health care professional, service or agency.

My Anxiety Plans (MAPs) are anxiety management programs based on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), an evidence-based psychological treatment. You can choose from two MAPs – Children/Teens and Adults. Click on View Plans, then, Preview Plans for a program outline. Available in English and French.
