Wattle Park Primary School is committed to Child Safety. We all have a role to play in protecting our students. You will have seen these posters in your child's classroom and around the school. Each year the students are sent home with a Student Code of Conduct Booklet they are required to read through and sign. In an effort to be environmentally aware, we are using a digital version.
The booklet is the culmination of a collaborative process between students, parents and teachers to develop a shared vision of the values that our learning community agrees are important.
Students have completed activities to demonstrate their understanding of each value. These activities have included class discussions, stories and illustrations. We ask that you look at the booklet with your child and discuss with them their response to each value.
We hope that the booklet provides a valuable outline of the values of Wattle Park Primary and the code of conduct which are expected of our school community.
