In this design the first thing I see are the cups and the angular white shape behind the cups. These are most dominant in the design because they are very large and in the centre. They are also bold colours (yellow and red) that contrast against each other which makes the focal point stronger. The points on the white shape also contrast against the roundness of the cups making them all stand out. 

After that I see the big, bold, red Chinese characters (type) as they are quite large and stand out against the light blue background.  Then my eye wonders around the edge of the layout and looks at all the small red and white type scattered around the page.
