Truganina District & Wyndham Division Swimming Carnivals

On Wednesday February 22nd, twenty one students from Years 3 - 6 participated in the Truganina District Swimming Carnival at the Werribee Outdoor Pool. The children did their best and were very resilient and humble in their efforts. The encouragement and support they gave to their fellow school mates was fantastic to see (and hear!). Quite a number of children received ribbons for placing either 1st, 2nd or 3rd and displayed these with pride on their school shirts as they made a triumpant return to school. Congratulations to everyone and a special congratulations to Hugo from 5E who won all his individual races and came 2nd in the Boys Championship race. Phenomenal effort!
