The First Day

• STARTING SCHOOL IN 2025

For 2025, the first day of school for Preps will be Wednesday 5th February. On the day, please come to school at 9.15am to enter the Prep classrooms. Preps will need to be collected at 12.30pm on this first day. Subsequent days will be 9am to 3.30pm. 

ONE ON ONE ASSESSMENTS

In the past, Prep students have not attended school on the first 4 Wednesdays in order for teachers to do a one on one assessment with each student on one of those days.

In 2025, we have decided to streamline this process by completing  all of the assessments at the start of the school year. Years 1-6 will start school on Thursday 30th January, however our 2025 Prep cohort will have their first day on Wednesday 5th February.

Prep assessments will take place on 

Thursday 30th Jan, 

Friday 31st Jan, 

Monday 3rd Feb 

Tuesday 4th Feb 

Your child will attend one 50 minute assessment session on one of these 4 days). We will send you the time and date of your child’s one on one assessment in Term 4. You will need to arrange care for your child on the remaining days.
