Influencers & social media: Body image, filters vs reality, fitness influencers, the rise of ‘that girl’ trends. TikTok food trends, diet culture, and whether these trends encourage healthy or restrictive eating habits.
Women’s health: How active should you be and emerging trends. Factors the affect participation. Global women's health issues.
Barriers to participation: Talk about why many young women feel intimidated at the gym and how to build confidence in those spaces.
Practical
Move Your Way! Try activities such as Pilates, yoga, badminton, strength & conditioning, dance fitness, boxing for fitness, team-building challenges, self-defence, and both individual and team sports.

Safe Partying & Risk Awareness: Explore the effects of alcohol and drugs, strategies for making safe choices when attending parties and responsible driving habits.
