Welcome to the Young North Public School Online Learning Platform. We understand that these are difficult times and our mission is to make this as smooth as possible for all of our community.

2022 Digital Learning Packs Here you will find digital learning packs for students that will be uploaded every fortnight and can be used at any time.

Young North Public School Online Learning Platform has been put together to assist your child with learning from home. You will find links to resources that are commonly used in the classroom or have been deliberately sourced to assist with this process.

Communication with your class teacher will be through ClassDojo. However, many of their instructions will direct you to this site.

CLASS DOJO

‘Learning from home’ will be communicated with you via the ‘Class Dojo’ platform. This will be the ongoing platform for communication between classroom teachers and students/parents.

What is Class Dojo?

"Class Dojo is a school communication platform that teachers, students, and families use every day to build close-knit communities by sharing what’s being learned in the classroom home through photos, videos, and messages."

  • Class Dojo is a free App available on most electronic devices

  • Messages can be translated into 35 languages automatically

  • Download at the App Store (Apple deceives) and Samsung Galaxy Store (Samsung devices)

How do I Connect with my Child's Teacher via Class Dojo?

Step 1. Download the app to your preferred device

Step 2. Use either of the methods located to the right of this text to log-in

Step 3. Connect with your child's class and teacher

Note: Students will have received an invitation identical to the one on the right. Each student has a unique code which gives them access to their class. Make sure to use their particular code.
