Today, year 6 girls had the opportunity to celebrate in the library with a luncheon and listen to women guest speakers share their inspirational stories. The girls heard the stories of two occupational therapists and a doctor. The girls were able to chat to the speakers and ask questions, which made them think about their future careers and aspirations. It was an inspiring and enjoyable event for all.

Regular school attendance is critical for a child's success at school to not only achieve their educational best but increase their career and life options.
BHPS will continue to work in partnership with families to encourage and support regular attendance with our range of positive attendance initiatives.
When your child attends school every day, learning becomes easier and your child will build and maintain friendships with other children. It is also important that your child arrives at school on-time.
Arriving at school and class on time:
ensures that students do not miss out on important learning activities scheduled early in the day
helps students learn the importance of punctuality and routine
gives students time to greet their friends before class
reduces classroom disruption
Lateness is recorded as a partial absence and must be explained by parents.
Keep up the amazing work!
