 In this section you will find a series of 9 videos that you can use with your students to learn a sequence from Grand Finale.
The videos are broken down into each movement phrase. Each phrase appears simple but the instructions from Bruno Guillore, Associate Artistic Director, are very specific.Â
The work has great energy and strong emotional connections to an array of influences from folk dance to hip hop.
Using the repertoire in collaboration with an in-depth study of the work Grand Finale, students will differentiate and make connections between the dance's social, cultural and historical context and the development of style through the experience of performing, composing and viewing different dance styles.Â
