Before you begin
Welcome to Tune in and tune up!
In this class, you will go through some great drama warm-ups that you can add to your acting toolkit so you can be prepared for your next performance on stage, screen or TikToK!
You will need:
a clear space to move around safely
a pen and paper or your logbook.
- Explore your physicality
Warm up your face by saying the words, oranges and prunes.
When you say oranges, extend your face as wide as possible like you are yawning.
When you say prunes, scrunch your face as tight as possible like you smell something yucky.
Use a mirror to see how far you can stretch your face when you are speaking.

Experiment with ways of moving between each of the four seasons by reacting physically to each change in the weather as you travel around the four corners of the space.
