Drop off and pick up points
There will be no entry or exit to the venue from Auburn Street during the day. The only exception will be for any student or staff member requiring mobility access. Please ring the number on the front door and a member of the GPAC staff will open the door.
All buses should drop off in the bus zone outside of the NAB Bank on Auburn Street. Students should then be walked down Montague Street to the laneway to enter from Stage Door with their teacher.
Parent dropoff and pickup should occur on Montague Street. Once all students have arrived, please walk students down the alley next to the Court House to the Stage Door.
Once signed in at the stage door, all schools will be allocated seating within the auditorium to watch the rehearsals. Schools will remain in the auditorium throughout the day.
Schools will have access to dressing rooms from 4:00 pm following the last rehearsal set. Please note dressing room and holding spaces are limited and schools will need to share spaces. Please encourage students to only bring a small bag that can contain all their requirements for the day in it.
Schools returning to school may leave when they are ready. These schools will need to leave via Stage Door and be signed out by the teacher. Buses should again pick up out the front of the NAB on Auburn Street.
Parent pick-up should occur in either the laneway or on Montague Street.

All buses should drop off in the bus zone on Colden Street (around the side of the venue). Students should then be walked around to enter from Stage Door with their teacher.
Parent dropoff and pickup should occur on Meangle Street. Once all students have arrived, please walk students to the Stage Door and enter as a group.
Parking - there is street parking around the venue as well as a Coles carpark behind the venue.
