We acknowledge the traditional owners of the land, the Darug People, on which this fieldwork program was done. We would like to pay our respects to the Elders, past, present and future and acknowledge our Aboriginal Elders and knowledge holders who have helped us to understand the special connection Aboriginal Peoples have with the land.

Overview
Sadly we have had a death in our wildlife family under suspicious circumstances here at Brewongle. We would like you to learn about a bird called a Tawney Frogmouth to help us solve the mystery.
Inquiry Questions:
· How does the earth support the lives of people and other living things, for example the Tawny Frogmouth?
· What impact do our choices have on the environment?
· How can people use environments more sustainably?

Inquiry Aim:
The aim of this Geographical Inquiry is to investigate the Earth's Environment, with a focus on the connections between people and narure. You will be researching the suspicious death of a Tawny Frogmouth which was found dead at Brewongle EEC in order to uncover its' cause of death.
