Go to Google Maps and locate your school and work out what route the bus will take to drive you up to St John's Lookout - Katandra Reserve.
Write directions from your school to the reserve include the directions Left and Right (L & R), when describing your journey.
Estimate (individually) how long the bus ride will take. Write this on a list somewhere (teacher estimate first) and on the day of the excursion, time how long the bus ride takes. Maybe provide a reward for the closest two estimates.

5. Why do you think February, March and April had the highest amount of rainfall?
6. The Mean Average of rainfall is 1328.5mm for the past 96 years. Discuss what this means for our rainforests on the Central Coast.
