Read over the experiment record you started last lesson and remind yourself of your aim, hypothesis and your risk assessment.
Activity 1
Follow the method carefully to complete your investigation.
Don't forget to record your observations (qualitative data) and measurements (quantitative data) in your experiment record document.
Activity 2
Investigations are not complete if you leave a huge mess afterwards. All scientists have to tidy up after themselves, like chefs and other people who work with their hands a messy space leads to mistakes and can be dangerous.
We are always trying to improve our lessons. We've been learning about the scientific method and would like you to complete this anonymous form to let us know about your learning.
Don't forget to hand in the work you completed today!
Your teacher will have told you to do one of the following:
Upload any digital documents you created and any photos you took of your written work to your Learning Management system (MS Teams, Google Classroom for example).
Email any digital documents you created and any photos you took of your written work to your teacher.
Make sure you keep any hand written work you did in your exercise book or folder as your teacher may need to see these when you are back in class.
