WALK & TALK CHALLENGE

For this challenge grab a friend or family member and go for a walk in your local area (keeping a safe distance apart) for at least 20 minutes

Try these random conversation starters to get the talk flowing

  • What colour is Tuesday?

  • Which is more important, being right or being nice?

  • If you could take a pill that would make you always happy, would you?

5 Minute Meditation : Breath Focus

Open the Youtube clip above, get comfortable and follow along as you listen to this guided meditation

TECH BREAK

For 50 points take some time out from your tech.

For the points to count it has to be for a minimum of 1 hour.

It can include

  • Reading a book

  • listening to music,

  • drawing,

  • colouring in

Do not use technology in this time.

If you can do this every day it is an easy 350 points for the week.

Meal times, school work offline and sleeping don't count



STRETCH SESSION

For an easy 50 points get lose by participating in a 10- 15 minute stretch session.
