ACTIVE PLAY OR TRAINING

For this challenge, 30 minutes of ACTIVE PLAY or a planned workout will give you 200 points.

Be sure to get your heart rate up

These activities could include but are not limited to;

  • Table Tennis, tennis, shooting hoops, kicking a ball around, juggling, scooter riding, skating, cycling, going for a jog etc

  • A club training session you have completed

  • A Trypas Team builder session

Remember if you get your family working with you , you get the bonus 50 points

Make sure to log this in your Physical Activity Log sent to you by your PDHPE teacher .

Complete a 10 minute calming mindfulness session by downloading the smiling mind or calm app. They are free downloads and can be found below.
