ACTIVE PLAY CHALLENGE

For this challenge, 30 minutes of ACTIVE PLAY will give you 200 points.

Be sure to get your heart rate up

These activities could include but are not limited to;

  • Table Tennis, tennis, shooting hoops, kicking a ball around, juggling, scooter riding, skating, cycling, going for a jog etc

  • A club training session you have completed

Make sure to log this in your Physical Activity Log sent to you by your PDHPE teacher .

50/50 CHALLENGE

The 50/50 challenge

  • 50 push ups

  • 50 sit ups

  • 50 triceps dips

  • 50 Mountain Climbers

Can be completed in any order and you can change exercises. You just need to complete 200 movements.
