Card Workout

Design your own workout using a deck of cards.

Each suit will represent an activity ( 4 activities)

  • Jokers = wild cards ( 1 more activity

When you pull out a card, the number will be how many you do and the the suit will be the exercise.

Start with a quarter of the deck for 200 points.

For a bonus 200 do half the deck

You can also use uno cards



10000 STEPS

Track your steps each day and if you reach 10,000 steps give yourself a cool 200 Points!

Hint: You can track your steps with your phone, a Fitbit, apple watch etc
