Stuck inside... no worries, there are plenty of things to help you keep active if you are willing to get a little creative.

Come up with a new game you can play inside using objects in your house. Make a quick video that explains the rules and shows you playing to upload .

TABATA WORKOUT

Click on the video and copy the intense, no equipment, 12 minute tabata workout.

Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring exercises that last four minutes.

This will be sure to raise your heart rate.

Physical Activity Log

You will get an automatic 150 points by completing your weekly physical activity log and submitting it to your PDHPE teacher through your online classroom platform!

Make sure you are adding all your challenges and any extra bits you are doing.
