PUSH UP PRACTICE

Complete between 50- 100 push ups over the course of your day ( Not all at once)

Record what you did and try to beat it at another day this week.

For a bonus 50 Points , complete at least another 50 push ups on a 3rd day this week.

If you only do 1 day, you only get 100 points
