This Thursday 9th September 2021, is national R U OK Day.

R U OK Day is a national day of action dedicated to reminding people to regularly check in with their family and friends. It stands as a reminder to take a break and share with others the importance of mental health. MPS would like to acknowledge this important day by providing each family with an R U OK goodie bag. Please drop by the school office this week to pick up your family pack.

To celebrate further, students at school (and at home) are encouraged to come in out-of-school uniform and wear the colour yellow this Thursday.

Be sure to take that break, seize the opportunity to have that meaningful conversation, and let’s aim to stay connected with one another.

For more information and resources, please visit the RUOK Website link here.

It’s never too late to ask R U OK?
