At Beaumont Hills Public School, we host four sessions as part of our Kindergarten Orientation Program:
Parent/Carer Information Evening - Tuesday 22nd September 2026 6:00-7:00pm
This is a parent/carer only event where we introduce our school, discuss school readiness and explain how our student orientation sessions will run.
Three orientation sessions for students:
Session 1 - Tuesday 3rd November 2026 9:15am - 10:30am
Students come and meet some of our teachers and enjoy some fun activities in the classroom.
Parents/carers information session in the school hall (see map below)
Session 2 - Thursday 12th November 2026 9:15am - 10:30am
Students come and meet some of our teachers and enjoy some fun activities in the classroom.

Optional: Donate a book to our school library (see below)
Session 3 BeauMates play afternoon - Wednesday 25th November 2026 2pm - 3pm
Kindergarten 2027 students and their parents/carers attend a play session with our current Kindergarten students. Students will play together with a variety of equipment provided in the hall and canteen COLA/basketball court area. This is a great additional opportunity for your child to get to know other children and become familiar with the school.
Parents are asked to remain on site during this time and are able to play with or watch your children as well as get to know other parents.

As students are only onsite for a short period of time with us, please do not send them with any belongings.
Please note if you have not provided all the enrolment paperwork for your child, they will not be permitted to attend any onsite orientation sessions.
It is a Department of Education requirement to sight all original identification. If you are unsure if you have provided all the requirement paperwork please contact our school via email or phone to check.
Your assistance following these instructions is GREATLY APPRECIATED as it helps our orientation program to run as smoothly as possible.
Donate a book
Donate a book
At our second orientation session, our lovely librarian will have a range of brand new books ready to be purchased as a donation to our school library.
These books will cost $5 each. You are welcome to donate as many books as you would like to. Please bring cash only and if possible correct change.
At 10:30am after the orientation session has ended parents can take their child into the school hall to select a book.
All books donated with have a donated name plate placed inside the library book with your child' name. In 2027 your child will be the first student to be able to borrow their donated book/s.
Please note all books are for donation only. These are not for purchase.
Teachers will collect children for their orientation session under the hall COLA as indicated in the map above.
