Communication

At Broulee Public School, we firmly believe that communication is paramount in a successful transition to school and a continued partnership throughout your child's schooling. We have several modes of communication set up to serve different purposes.

Broulee Public School - Enews

The Broulee Public School - Enews App is available on both the App Store and Google Play Store. It can be downloaded for free and is a one stop shop to keep up to date with everything that goes on within the school. This is the best way to keep informed of dates and important information for starting school in 2024. We recommend downloading this app as soon as possible.

You can also check the school calendar via this app, make payments and access the school newsletter (The Broulee Scoop) and digital forms.

Class Dojo

Class teachers will use the Class Dojo app to communicate with you on a more informal basis. This is where they will share photos and update you with learning taking place, along with sharing dates, reminders and things to make you smile.

Teachers can also send you private messages through Class Dojo, and you can message them. If you have changes to pick up routines, please do phone the office to get your message through, as class teachers often only have the chance to check and respond to Dojo messages after school hours.

The Broulee Scoop is our weekly newsletter providing updates and insights into what is going on in the school including a message from the Principal. The Scoop is also a place to check the calendar and access community information.

You can access The Scoop via the School eNews app or the school website.

Broulee Public School Website

You will find lots of information on the Broulee Public School website. You can find the school email address and phone number on the website - please call or email anytime should you have a query.

You can also make payments via the school payment portal through the 'Make a Payment' link at the top of the home page.

Facebook

Broulee Public School has a Facebook page where you can share in information and activities going on throughout the school.

School reports are sent home at the end of Semester One and Two (end of Term 2 and 4). Three way interviews (Parent / Teacher / Child) are held in term one as a way of getting to know each other and to introduce families to our learning environment.
