The Brewongle Rest Nest is a calm, supportive space designed to help students step away from overwhelming environments and meet their sensory needs. It provides a safe area for escape, sensory regulation, and emotional reset, allowing students time to pause, self-regulate, and return feeling calm, focused, and ready to re-engage in learning and activities.
The Rest Nest includes fidgets, a sensory board, art materials, and colouring activities to support relaxation and self-regulation. During camps, it can be used as a quiet space to sit and recharge, or students can choose to engage in board games and card games in a calm, low-pressure environment. It supports wellbeing by recognising that sometimes students simply need a quiet moment to reset.
