Here are a couple activities to help you break up your day!


These calendars are a good way to get some variety if you think you will get bored easily.

Try to make a habit out of it because your body will thank you later!


If you are sitting down all day or plan to you should also plan to get some exercise in there to help you stay motivated, focused and less stressed in general.

Think of your body as something that needs to be taken care of to do its job.

Maybe even some of the hobbies you enjoy can be incorporated into your routine in smaller chunks to help you stay motivated!

That can be anything including:

  • 15 min run or cuddle with your pet

  • crochet or knitting to keep your fingers busy

  • whipping up a quick snack

  • learning a new tik tok dance

If you run out of ideas try the sid shuffle or some painting, drawing or journalling!

Our wonderful CAPA teachers have a time lapse challenge for you over the holidays. See if you can match them.

And as always some meditation to practice using other areas of your brain and keep you in touch with yourself
